Refund Policies

We endeavour to dispatch orders placed by 5pm (Monday to Thursday) the following day, however this is not guaranteed.  All orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched within 24 Hours. We use the Royal Mail as our favoured courier and aim to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch. We will group multiple products in to one consignment were possible. We do not dispatch over the weekend, any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the first working day after. We currently only dispatch to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland free of charge.

Most of our products are packaged in letterbox friendly packing so you will not need to sign for it. The packing will easily fit though a normal sized letter box opening.

When you make an order to buy our products you are making an offer to buy at an agreed price. We will send you an email confirming your order. When a dispatch is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part or stock shortage, we will advise of an estimated revised delivery date by email. You have the choice at this stage to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 24hours to the same payment method used. If we are unable to supply the product(s) due to stock availability, unforeseen circumstances, or pricing errors.   We will refund that part of the order we cannot supply within in 5 working days of receipt of your order to the same payment method used when the initial order was made.

We take every care to ensure the product arrives at your address in a satisfactory condition. We understand sometimes return are necessary. We offer a 60 day return policy, It must be returned within 60 days of receipt of the return label. Returns received after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  The return label will be void after 60 days.

To expedite the return process simply reply to the email that provided the return slip and let us know you have posted the items back.

All returns covered by our refund policy will need to be carried out through our return label, which will be provided by email. We may reduce the value of a refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the product(s) if they have been handled in a way which is not allowed in a retail outlet.

If you cancel your order after dispatch or have received them. The products must be retuned within 60 days from order date. Returns which are not covered by our refund police will be returned at your own expenses including proof of purchase to Kobes Pet Health, Suite 12 , Haven House, Albemarle Street, Harwich , Essex , CO12 3HL, United Kingdom .

You will receive an email confirming order. If you have any questions, you can email info@kobespethealth.com , please state the reason for your email in the subject box. Emails will be responded to within 24hours.

We will cover the cost of returns if the products are faulty or misdescribed on our website www. kobespethealth.com. If there is a pricing error, or there is a delay outside our control in delivering your product. Refunds will be made within 24 working hours after we receive the product. We may reduce the value of a refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the product(s) if they have been handled in a way which is not allowed in a retail outlet. 

  1.        Lost Or Undeliverable Products

If the products have been lost or not delivered, please contact us at info@kobespethealth.com , please state the reason for your email in the subject box. Within 14 days of you order being made, any orders reported as lost or undeliverable after 14 days of order being made will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
